Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click the "Login" button in the top navigation, then select "Sign Up" to create a new account. You'll need to provide your email, choose a username, and set a password.
What's the difference between a buyer and seller account?
Buyer accounts can browse and bid on auctions. Seller accounts can create and manage live auctions. You can switch account types or have both capabilities after completing seller onboarding.

Buying

How do I place a bid?
Navigate to a live auction room, enter your bid amount in the bidding section, and click "Place Bid". Your bid must be higher than the current highest bid.
What happens if I win an auction?
You'll receive a notification and email. You have 24 hours to complete payment. After payment, the seller will ship the item to you.
Can I retract a bid?
Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Please bid carefully and only place bids you intend to honor.

Selling

How do I become a seller?
Complete the seller onboarding process, which includes providing business information, connecting your Stripe account for payouts, and agreeing to seller terms.
How do I create a live auction?
Use your seller dashboard to schedule an auction. Set up your item queue, configure auction settings, and start streaming when ready. You can use OBS Studio for professional streaming.
What are the platform fees?
We charge a 5% platform fee on completed sales. This is deducted before your payout. There are no listing fees or monthly subscriptions.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Buyers can add multiple payment methods to their account.
When do sellers receive payouts?
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Funds are typically available 2-7 business days after a completed sale, depending on your payout schedule.

Account

How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Account, enter your current password and new password, then save. You can also use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. Make sure to export your data first if needed. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in to my account
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. Make sure you're using the correct email address. If issues persist, contact support.
My payment was declined
Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Verify your billing address matches your card. Contact your bank if the issue continues.
