LiveBid Market is an online auction platform that enables users to buy and sell items through live streaming auctions. The Platform provides tools for sellers to conduct auctions and for buyers to participate in bidding.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activity under your account

3.2 Account Types

The Platform offers different account types:

• Buyer Accounts: For users who wish to bid on auctions
• Seller Accounts: For users who wish to list and conduct auctions
• Admin Accounts: Platform administrators with special privileges

4. Auction Rules

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

• Accurately describe items being auctioned
• Provide clear images and condition reports
• Honor winning bids and complete transactions
• Ship items within the stated timeframe
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Place bids in good faith
• Complete payment within 24 hours of auction end
• Not engage in shill bidding or bid manipulation
• Communicate with sellers regarding transactions

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Platform Fees

Sellers are charged a platform fee of 5% on completed sales. This fee is deducted from the final sale price before payout.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Buyers must provide valid payment information. Sellers receive payouts through Stripe Connect.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. LiveBid Market may facilitate refunds in cases of item misrepresentation or non-delivery.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• List illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated systems to place bids
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate auctions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LiveBid Market or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions or the quality of items sold.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveBid Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveBid Market, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, LiveBid Market may facilitate mediation. For disputes involving the Platform itself, please contact our support team.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
